1. Service Description

EIN Registration (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) is a paid third-party preparation service that assists individuals and businesses in preparing and submitting IRS Form SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number) to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Our service includes: collecting your information, preparing the SS-4 form, submitting it to the IRS on your behalf as a third-party designee, and delivering your EIN document once received.

2. Not a Government Service

EIN Registration is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the IRS or any federal, state, or local government agency.

You may apply for an EIN directly with the IRS at no cost by visiting irs.gov. The IRS online EIN application is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Our fee covers the convenience of professional preparation, support, and third-party designee processing on your behalf.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

We prepare and submit your application accurately based on the information you provide. However, the IRS makes all final determinations regarding EIN issuance. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved. If the IRS rejects your application, we will notify you and work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund as described below.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information on your application.
• Ensure you are legally authorized to apply for an EIN on behalf of the entity.
• Review all information before submission and confirm its accuracy.
• Respond promptly to any follow-up requests for information.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our service fee is displayed before you submit your application. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Your card statement will show “EIN Registration” or a similar descriptor.

6. Refund Policy

• Before submission to the IRS: You may request a full refund at any time before we submit your application to the IRS.
• After submission to the IRS: Once your application has been submitted to the IRS, refunds are not available because the preparation work has been completed.
• IRS rejection: If the IRS rejects your application due to an error on our part, we will re-submit at no additional charge or issue a full refund at your choice.

7. Third-Party Designee Authorization

By using our Service, you authorize EIN Registration to act as your third-party designee for the purpose of communicating with the IRS regarding your EIN application. This authorization is limited to the EIN application process and does not extend to any other tax matters.

8. Data Handling

We collect sensitive personal information including Social Security Numbers (SSNs) solely for the purpose of preparing your IRS Form SS-4. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EIN Registration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the IRS, incorrect information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state in which EIN Registration operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
